Intro to Adobe Illustrator for the web.
WEEK 9 - FINAL UPDATED 03/04/09
All additional classes will be lab
FINAL REQUIREMENTS:
AT LEAST 1 REDLINE: This means I want you to build a redline as we talked about that gives me the dimensions of your web site... Think of it like this... you need to be able to explain to me all the dimensions of your site as, if it were over the phone, so I can build a CSS page without looking at your design. The redline describes in detail all padding, margin and placement of content. This is a basic description of the wireframe.
When in doubt...measure it out... this means...the more detailed the better... I would like to see this as a PDF.
HIGH FIDELITY WIREFRAME: I would like to see your wireframe[s] converted into a high fidelity web screen... meaning.. it should no longer look like a wire frame...It should now look exactly like it would if I were to view it in a browser.
For each wireframe you designed for the previous assignment... I should see a high fidelity web screen.
I won't see anything in this screen that I wouldn't see if you pulled it up online.
Here is a sample of The above listed three parts to the final: SAMPLE
"SAVE FOR WEB" OUTPUT:
I would like to see you design a banner 800 pixels wide by 200 pixels tall.
It should have at least 2 roll over buttons assigned to it.
Slice this banner up, optimize the banner, then save for web. Email me the output with BOTH the html file and the folder with images (this should include the roll over links and the hover version). This is similar to what we talked about on Tuesday's lecture.
If you have questions, please email me immediately.
